H.265 / HEVC encoding This security camera is equipped with High-Efficiency Video Encoding (HEVC) or H.265 video compression. This encoding technology efficiently compresses file sizes. In fact, it can compress file sizes up to 50% more than files using the previous encoding technology (H.264), without any noticeable degradation in quality. HEVC encoding will also save you plenty of bandwidth while watching live or recorded video remotely.

What is the included PoE switch for? The 32-channel NVR supports up to 32 security cameras but only has 16 built-in PoE ports on the back. This is why a PoE switch has been included in this system. By connecting this PoE switch to your system you can utilize the remaining open channels.

Reliable security grade hard drive with no hidden storage fees Included in the NVR is an 8TB security-grade hard drive that has been designed to meet the demands of 24/7 surveillance, while also providing ample storage space for all recorded video footage. With the possibility of increasing storage space up to 20TB (2 × 10TB), there is more than enough room to safely store all motion events that only you can access.

No Monthly Fees

There are absolutely no monthly fees associated with this security system. All video footage is safely stored on the security grade hard drive located within the recorder.

With or Without the Internet

Standalone camera systems do not need the internet to operate. However, an internet connection will be necessary if you wish to use a smartphone, tablet or computer to access features such as remote monitoring.

Connects directly to TVs and Monitors

Easily watch live video feeds or review video footage on most Monitors or HD TVs by using the included HDMI cable.
