The TurboHD Tribrid 16-Channel 5MP DVR from Hikvision enables you to record from and manage up to 16 cameras. This DVR offers full channel recording at up to 5MP resolution. It does not include preinstalled HDD . Storage is expandable to two SATA HDDs each with a maximum 10TB capacity, for a total of 20TB. A BNC interface supports HD-TVI and analog cameras, and a self-adaptive Ethernet interface supports IP cameras up to 6MP on two channels. H.265+, H.265, H.264+, and H.264 video compression keep file sizes manageable while maintaining quality. They offer transmission distances up to 2,630 ft (800 m) on 1080p, and 3,940 ft (1,200 m) on 720p HD-TVI. Hikvision’s TurboHD DVRs also feature the latest H.265+ encoding technology, which improves recording efficiency and reduces data storage costs.

An RCA connector offers two-way audio communication. In addition, there are HDMI and VGA connections for video output with support for dual streaming to maximize bandwidth efficiency. The HDMI connection can output up to 4K UHD resolution video. This digital video recorder can supply power over coaxial (PoC) cables to compatible cameras, allowing you to transmit power and receive video over a single cable.
