Shipment Policy

Shipment in the United States

Orders will have free standard shipping within the Continental US. Certain items are left out from standard free shipping due to the item's characteristics. 

The ordered items should arrive within 2-6 business days for almost all of the regions in the United States, depending on your location.

Certain Out of Stock and Special-Order items, which are needed to be shipped from Manufacturer, when your order is placed may be ineligible for Free Shipping and may arrive more than 10 business days.

Standard Delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes.

Eyes On Home ship your orders in the most cost-effective method Delivery implemented by UPS, FedEx, or USPS Delivery not available to P.O. Boxes. A signature may be required upon delivery at the discretion of the carrier and depending on your location.

Eyes On Home is not responsible for any loss, damage or missing package(s), in case you alter the shipping address after your order has shipped.

International Orders

Eyes On Home ships international orders with UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Shipment costs are calculated on a combined basis of weight, insurance-based value, and destination of orders.

Some orders are shipped in multiple packages; however, we do not charge additional fees to your order for multiple packages.

We ship worldwide (except to Ukraine, Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, North Korea, and Uganda).

Signature is required for all international shipments upon delivery. To eliminate excessive shipment costs for orders containing multiple items located in different warehouses will be consolidated in one location prior to shipping. This, in turn, extends the duration of delivery and the notification will be done to you via email.

Out of Stock and Special-Order, items will be shipped to us from our manufacturer before being shipped to your delivery address.

Oversized items not fitting standards of Parcel Services are shipped via an International freight forwarder via Door-to-Airport or Door-to-Door service, depending on your location. The carrier will inform you of your delivery method.

Some items cannot be delivered international due to the manufacturer or government restrictions. On-screen notification will be made if you attempt to put an item in your shopping cart or check out an order containing items that we cannot send to you internationally.

In case an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect delivery information or because it was declined, Eyes On Home reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment the method originally used for costs we incur related to the return of the undeliverable packages or merchandise to us.

International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). The buyer is responsible for all fees associated with the order.
